I feel like there are so many cool things going on right now at The Journey. Today we kicked off our local Networks Christmas Projects. We had lots of people stop by the Network tables and get the information and sign up. Our Network Leaders have worked hard all week to put these together. If you see them, thank them for their leadership. They have been putting so much time and energy into our Networks and I am so proud to know and work with them. If you didn't stop by the tables today, make sure you do so next Sunday, Nov. 27.
We also are continuing our large year-end Christmas project with a local, regional, and global focus. We showed a video today highlighting the global focus to bring water to the House of Hope orphanage in Kenya. But with our whole project, we are looking to raise $40,000 by Christmas. Jen and I planning to being the best gift we can for this. We hope you all will too.
I loved the band and Paul's message today on a tough topic. We know people have questions about hell, but it isn't always talked about. He handled it well. It was also great to see an increase in attendance today. I love it when the room is packed with people.
I hope you had a great weekend.
